Theme Setup

  I am not tech savvy and I have no idea how to change the titles or add photos to this new theme I purchased from Etsy. I had to reach out to their customer support to get it uploaded correctly and now I cannot figure out how to customize anything. Please please help me. I really wanted this up and running today. I’m feeling very defeated.

  Hey there, sorry you’re struggling! It seems the site you’re working with is not hosted here with us. You’re using the free, DIY WordPress code, which is different from our services, and we aren’t able to access it:

  But maybe we can point you in the right direction.

  For theme help, I think your very best bet is working with the folks you bought it from. They will likely have documentation or a way to get help, or be willing to refund you.

  You might also go ahead and add your content for now and then customize the look and feel later, or hire someone to help with that part. We’d recommend these folks.
