Theme stopped working after update, and site went blank — how to recover?

    Hello! After updating the website, the Ruben theme stopped working. It says it’s outdated, and I need to choose a new theme. I had done a lot of work with this theme, and now everything is gone. I tried switching to the Reykjavik theme, but now my site is completely blank.

    Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any way to restore my website or recover at least some of the work? I’d appreciate any advice or help.
