  your system doesnt allow e upload my theme it tells me about errors but when i check there are no errors.

  No doubt the error will be that you are currently using a free plan. An upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan is required to install a theme that was really designed for use elsewhere with the WordPress.org software.
