Theme Upload not working.

  Hello, I am trying to upload a new .zip theme but it is not responding to anything. Tried from Phone, Google Chrome, Edge browser, Firefox, all same.
  I am holding then dragging and dropping to in install your theme area.

  Hi there!

  I don’t see any WordPress.com site with the Creator plan on your @hayetfahad account, which is required for WordPress.com sites to allow uploading third-party themes and plugins. If you’re referring to a site on a different account, can you share the link to the site so that we can take a look?
