theme upload problems

please i am trying to upload a theme i bought but i get an error saying the file size exceed the maximum limit.. Please can you help me solve it

Where are you attempting to upload the theme?
It sounds like you are trying to install a third party theme for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog. Third party themes can not be uploaded to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
The good news is that WordPress.COM has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
