  I purchased an upgrade and yet the on the custom templates page, I am still be asked for more money to use some of them???

  The WordPress.com Premium plan includes the following upgrades:

  • 10 GB Space Upgrade
  • No Ads
  • Custom Design
  • VideoPress

  This plan does not include any premium themes. You’ll need to purchase those separately.
