Themes
-
I’m trying to change the theme of my current blog, and when I select a new theme to use it tells me that I must contact support. Please let me know what I must do in order to be able to change the theme of my current page and blog.
Kind regards,
AdeleThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I cannot seem to login to the link that you have sent through. We are just trying to change to a different free theme that would make our blog more user friendly. Ideally we would want a theme like bakersfield 2 or ixion.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Sorry – I provided the wrong link. Here is the correct one: https://chosablog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php
Let me know if that works. Thanks!

It says that I do not have the necessary privileges to access the themes page.
Any way I can fix this?

Are you the admin of that site? A lesser role probably won’t allow you to change themes.

I checked and although you’re not the owner of the site, you are an administrator, which should give you privilege to access the themes page. Try again and let me know if you have any luck.
Thanks!

Yes, got another member of my staff to shift me to admin on the account and now I am able to change themes. Thank you for your help!
