  I bought a theme, and I would like to add it, so I can not because it says I have to have the plans to release the themes, if I could help, I would appreciate it.

  Hi –

  It looks like you bought this theme from a different provider, is that right? There aren’t any added to your WordPress.com account.

  On WordPress.com you can choose from our themes in the showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/ and to use anything outside of that you would need the business plan.
