  How can I get the BLOSCKY THEME. I have been searching for it but could not find it in the collection of themes. Another problem is that the ‘add new button ‘ for searching for themes do not display on my dashboard.

  If you want to use third party themes on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
