  Hello!
  Would you like to upload a thema I bought. But do not think this option on my dashboard of my blog. Should I buy some wordpress package to enable this service to upload themas?

  There is no upgrade available that will allow you upload a 3rd party theme to your WordPress.com website.

  Read this for clarity about the difference between WordPress.com and standalone WordPress. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If needed, you should request a refund from wherever you purchased the theme.
