  why I can’t upload theme from my pc?

  Hi there,

  To upload a theme to your WordPress.com site you need to upgrade to the Business plan as it’s the only plan that supports that.

  While our Business plan has the feature where you can upload a third-party theme, we also have over 300 vetted and curated themes available at http://wordpress.com/themes that we provide support for.
  If you could let me know the name of the theme you are looking to use, I’d be happy to see if we have it available, or something similar!
