  Hello,
  I currently would like to purchase the $25/month plan, however I don’t have the funds. Even with the MARCH20 coupon code it is still too expensive for me now.
  I plan on purchasing the $8/month plan now and upgrading later.
  Is there a list of themes that are easily upgradable, or are universal across plan level?

  With the Premium plan you have access to any of the free or Premium themes at: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Note that upgrades are charged annually (or for 2 years) in advance. There are no monthly payment plans at WordPress.com.
