Themes won’t activate

  I can’t get my themes to activate. It says ‘unable to connect to wordpress’

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of https://box5465.temp.domains/~erfecue1?

  I can see you have that site connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, but that connection is currently broken.

  When I try to visit that site, I get a SSL error, and if I tell my browser to ignore that error, it takes me to a 404 page saying your site can’t be found. That’s why the Jetpack connection is broken and why you can’t activate a theme via the WordPress.com dasboard.

  You’ll need to contact Bluehost support to help you fix this, as that’s where your site is hosted. If they tell you this is an issue with the WordPress software, please ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
