  Hi there, I require assistance with the Themify builder please. A friend of mine and myself have upgraded to the business package and he added a themify builder but the bulder doesn’t seem to work when he edits the entire site by customer settings, nor does it work when he does it by dashboard settings. Can you please advise what he can do to revert this back as the add-on doesn’t seem to revert.

  What’s your site’s address as I don’t see any site on your account being on the Business plan.

  I’ve asked my friend to send me his site address because his upgraded his WordPress account, I’ll confirm as soon as I get it from him

  What is the address of the site you need help with? achmattambayphotography is not a WordPress.com username.
