  • Hi there,

What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

The “WordPress” you’re using with Bluehost or GoDaddy is the open source software made by the community on WordPress.org. That is something completely different from WordPress.com – we’re a hosting provider, like Bluehost and GoDaddy, and any WordPress sites you have with them has nothing to do with us on WordPress.com.

You have the option to link such a site to your WordPress.com account using a plugin, but that only allows you to manage your posts and pages, and certain settings, using our interface. It does not give us control over your admin account that you use to log into those sites, and we have no way to help you regain access to a site hosted with another provider.

Please contact Bluehost support directly for help logging into a WordPress site on their servers, and GoDaddy support for a site hosted on theirs.

General support for the WordPress software you’re using with those providers can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
