I created a blog in the last week (Brazil), but a friend who lives at Canada can’t see. For her, appears that my blog doesn’t exist. There are any kind of restriction for a free blog? thanks

The answer to your question is no. I live in Canada and I am using Firefox 15. I can view this blog > http://eagorainst.wordpress.com/ Your friend needs to undertake some troubleshooting such as:
clearing his/her browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
Note: Running IE( in compatibility mode makes it render as IE& and IE7 is not supported. -

I live in Canada and can see your blog. I think maybe your friend put in a typo, or she was trying to see your blog while on a work or school connection that blocks blogs. WP.com doesn’t restrict your blog to certain countries but countries, such as China or India, or ISPs, or individual proxies like at schools and some companies, sometimes block blogs either because they’re “revolutionary” or because they want people to concentrate and get their work done.

Thanks, timethief and raincoaster! I will tell her about these instructions and about this policy.
