there are several issues with my blog, can anyone help?

1. On my dashboard page, I do not have a button that says “Upgrade”
2. In the USERS section, I can’t add any subscribers.
3. I do not get emails notifying me when people post a comment.
4. I have a password on one of my PAGES, that does not work.Can anyone help with any of this?

It’s best, when posting to the forum, first to do a search for each of the issues you’re having. The chances are good that the question has been answered already. As well, if you can’t find anything on the issues, it’s best to have separate threads, with the issue right in the title; that way, people who know the solution can click and give it to you, rather than everyone in the forum having to click to find out what issues we’re talking about, whether they can help or not.
That said:
1) are you using WordPress.com to host your blog? What is the URL? If it’s a WP.com blog, Upgrades should be the last option on the right-hand side on the Dashboard page. If the blog is not hosted by WordPress.com, you’re in the wrong forum and we can’t help you.
2) Again, are you on WordPress.com? If you are, you should see this at the bottom of the Users page:
Add User From Community
Type the e-mail address of another WordPress.com user to add them to your blog.
3) How are your comment settings configured?
4) If you’ve put the password in, the page will always come up just like normal until you clear your cookies. It’s just on the computer from which you put in the password; other people still see the password box.
