  i can’t connect my website: https:// japan-hana.com

  but i can connect my sub-domain: https://japan-hana.com/en

  WHY?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @japanhana, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

  The installation at that address seems to be missing some things. I’d recommend checking with your host to see if they can help you restore a backup, otherwise you can check to see if the correct community has run into the issue before
