  This error just suddenly showed up. I haven’t altered anything on my web site in months. What is going on?

  It also doesn’t happen all the time, but just randomly for a few minutes, then the site is back, then it happens again.

  More info: The site will sometimes load, but as soon as I hit “reload,” I get the error. If I wait for 5 seconds, THEN hit “reload,” the site will sometimes load fine. Less than 5 seconds, and the error occurs.
