‘There has been a critical error on this website’ Message

Hello, I use WordPress as a host for my domain allisonhaan.com
The other day I was updating and deleting plugins I no longer needed (or I thought?) Now when I visit the admin URL allisonhaan.com/wp-admin, I get a message that says ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions’. When I visit the website URL allisonhaan.com, I get a message that just says ‘There has been a critical error on this website’. I didn’t get an email with instructions. I have a hunch that I messed something up with the plugins, but I’m not able to log in to access those. I tried looking up solutions online but am having a hard time understanding what to do. I downloaded phpMyAdmin to try deactivating plugins but could not find the next necessary sections as per https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/
I would really appreciate the help! Thank you.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
