I updated Elementor plugin and now I can not open any of my pages or create a new one in my control panel of WordPress.

It sounds like there might be a conflict between the new version of Elementor and some other plugin on your site.
Try temporarily disabling all plugins except for Elementor. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
To make it easier, you can install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
