Whenever I go onto our website, it says, ‘There has been a critical error on your website.’ I am not sure how to debug this.

What is the site URL? I suspect the site involved does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
