  I keep receiving this message when I attempt to log in to my client’s website I have been building, and no emails have been sent and I can’t access WP ADMIN. Please help it’s urgent.

  Hi –

  Sounds like y’all are set up on the open source WordPress.org software. That’s different from the managed hosting environment that we provide here at WordPress.com.

  Please go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for help with that site.
