There is a bug in my site

Hey, there is a bug in my two sites, https://awe-inspiringplaces.com/ and https://egygazebo.com/ at the bottom, there is the [mc4wp_form] tab, I have cleared the cache, removed some plugins associated with it, and still it appears. Anyone can elaborate on that. Thanks in advance
