There is NO option for me to cancel a subscription or turn off automatic renewal

    This is major issue. I do not even have the option to turn off automatic renewal or manage plan because there is NO WEBSITE TO MANAGE!!!
    I can’t cancel a subscription and there is no record of a credit card visible on my account yet I am being charged $24. This is unacceptable and this needs to be revolved!

    STOP creating duplicate threads, this won’t help you at all. When you don’t see a website to manage, it means you are logged in to the wrong account.

    Thank you, however I am trying to stop all subscriptions and future payments. There is no information on my wordpress account since it was cancelled over 4 years ago. The credit card is not even visible on my account. I only have one account.

    Hi there,

    The iphiah2016 account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites with us, never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could charge. We haven’t send any renewal notifications to the email address associated with this WordPress.com account.

    If you’re being charged by us for an upgrade, it’s for a site in a completely different account. If you’re not sure what site or account it’s for, you can find out by completing the form at the site @staartmees linked to above, and you can contact our billing support team privately from the contact link on that page for more help with this.
