There is no where to address my complaint! I request a refund! Please Help!

I contacted you 06/03/2017 in regards to the renewal of my domain registration which I had previously cancelled.
This was the responce I received from you:
Sorry for the confusion. It does look like our system still had the domain as auto-renew. I see that your payment has been reversed and I’ve confirmed the domain is no longer registered with your account.
Again our apologies, in the future if needed you can always reach out to us to refund errant charges.
