I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

Even when I log into the other account, I am not able to renew it. The email for that account is (email visible only to moderators and staff), or at least this is the email I keep getting notifications to renew the domain. Is this what you are talking about?

Oh my goodness, wow that is a really old account. I was actually able to recover the old username password, now that I know what the username is. Thank you for your help, I am able to renew now! :)
