  I’m Abdullah from ‘Taqanah Team’.

  I would like to know about hosting my site with third-party, would that makes me able to use plugins from WordPress itself? or Do I need to subscribe to WordPress’s Business Plan?

  Sure, so to use plugins here, you’ll need a paid Business or eCommerce plan: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/

  If you host WordPress elsewhere, you’ll be using the self-hosted version of WordPress from https://wordpress.org/
