"This Account Has Been Suspended". WHY???

  I have a Blog, http://www.asps.ro , and if I want to acces it it tells me that : This Account Has Been Suspended. And I want to know why.
  The blog is a non-profit psychology student’s association blog, at which I am President, and I realy need the blog activated, because in a few days the school in Romania starts. I write on behalf of my account, because I can’t acces the blog’s account. Please tell me what is the problem and if I can resolve it as soon as possible.
