‘this block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed’
-
Hello! I am having some issues with my WordPress. In every post that I open to edit, all of the blocks say ‘this block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.’ I thought this was just a fluke this weekend, but the problem is continuing. All posts have this problem, and I cannot add new blocks as they just say the same thing.
All of my plugins are updated and the site says it is updated to the most recent version. I have tried reinstalling the latest version of wordpress to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated. -
Hi there,
The site slbgardenersjournal.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/slbgardenersjournal.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
