  Hello,

  I am trying to help a friend who is getting the “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed” message every time they copy paste an entry into a new post.

  I cleared the cache and browsing history for both Safari and Chrome. I also disabled the plugins.

  Running Version 91.0.4472.114 of Chrome and Version 14 of Safari.

  What should we do?

  I should note that this issue happens when we copy paste text from an email browser (gmail). However, this was never an issue in the past.

  Hi there,

  It looks like the email you’re pasting has some links or a formatting that causes the block to crash.

  Try copying small parts from that email message until you find the part that’s causing this issue.
