"this domain is parked" how to reuse my domain

Hi,
I asked a wordpress employee to delete my subscription to my domain and wordpress plan few months ago. (victordebernis.com)
Now the domain is “parked” and I cannot create another website using this domain even if this employee told me I (and anyone) could do it since I wasn’t paying for the domain again.
do you have any clue on how freeing this domain of mine or not?

ok now it shows It’s not available because it’s processed to sale.
did someone from the staff see this and did something without telling me?

Hi Victor –
It looks like there’s some kind of maintenance happening at the moment. I’m looking in to it to see if I can restore the domain to your account. Then you can transfer it to another registrar if you want.

@victordb84 our apologies, we were having some maintenance when you wrote in, and were getting several requests about that. We must have missed the bit about you having deleted the domain earlier.
We were able to restore the domain for you, but as you were initially refunded, we do need to have you pay for it again. I’ve sent an invoice. Please take care of that payment within the next few business days. Thank you!
