  We’re getting this error when trying to get started mapping a domain:

  This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.

  We removed the old site from a different account so we could use it here. Can we please clear out whatever is blocking us from adding our domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  What is the domain you are trying to map?

  There is a waiting period after a domain is removed from one account before another account can map the same domain, so if you have access to the other account, please log in as that account and confirm here that it’s okay for the knockreleasenotes to map that domain, and I can bypass the waiting period for you.

  Meanwhile, please go ahead and purchase a plan for your site at My Site ->Plans. Then I can add the mapping as soon as you confirm via the other account.

  This is the account we had the domain mapped to initially. We want to map knockreleasenotes to updates.knockrentals.com (we already own this domain through another provider).

  We have added a plan to the knockreleasenotes account.

  Hi knockupdates,

  Thanks, I’ve added domain mapping for updates.knockrentals.com, to knockreleasenotes.wordpress.com and bundled it with the Personal plan.
