    iI started this plan a premium 3 year plan, and I told it when I signed up to pay monthly. I was charged annually, and I am beyond angry.Somebody better get back to me immediately!!!!!

    When you choose a 3 year plan, you get charged immediately as very clearly stated when you ordered that plan.

    FYI, paying monthly instead of annually is the most costly of all the hosting options. As @staartmees pointed out, the 3-year annual plan is the least expensive per month of all the hosting plans and, yes, you do pay for it up front at check out. If after the refund period you decide to cancel your plan, there is no incremental refund available. For the 3-year plan the refund period is 14 days from purchase for the plan and for a domain it’s 96 hours from purchase if you registered one.

    If it were me, I’d start with a one-year annual plan and then upgrade to a 2-year plan (paid up front at renewal) if my site still suits my needs.
