I have been working with a representative and he has sent me to YouTube videos for beginners. I have 30 + years Engineering and Architectural field dealing with the computer just different software..This is my first time trying to put together a website. After about 2 hours a of viewing and trying to follow along with the YouTube video that he sent to me indicated that I would be able to set this up for free. I’ve come to the conclusion that you have to pay in order to be able to follow along with these YouTube videos which I have no problem with. But I wanted to see how to get thing set up and if this is something that I’m interested in doing as far as building Websites. I also stated that to him Unless I’m missing something and if that is so then you’ll need to indicate that UPFRONT because I don’t have time to waste!!!

The Youtube tutorials you’ve been looking at are most likely for the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, which is something completely different from WordPress.com.
