  I am no longer happy with wordpress i need to talk to someone over the phone

  WordPress.com does not offer phone support. Live chat is available to users who have purchased a WordPress.com plan and can be accessed here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  However, it appears that you have canceled your WordPress.com Premium plan. I have restored the plan so you can access livechat. Once the Happiness Engineer team helps you sort out whatever lingering issues remain, you can always cancel the plan again.
