  Client need a registered username and password for another 3rd party backend system. If we click a submit button that 3rd party is calling and send a user data to the another database along with our database via API.

  We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. If that site uses the open source wordpress.org, you must post your question at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. But I guess only support from that 3rd party backend system can help you in this matter.
