this is not my site – a troll is taking my name and putting it on wordpress

I have been trying to get wordpress to help me. Someone is trolling my twitter sites & my other sites and putting my name up on wordpress without permission.
This site has my name, my pictures & my partners’, our rock band and basically our life on it. MARK MONITOR of SF is the WEBSITE DEVELOPER AND HIS CLIENT IS PAYING HIM TO TROLL US.
a friend has taken back this page from the troll but there is another one with my name being used illegally on it. I want this off the internet.

I just change name of this particular wordpress site but there is still this site with my legal name on it.
