  I have another website that is one of those where I paid to have it allow videos to be posted. I cannot access that dashboard and think that maybe a further payment has not been made. Please help.

  Hi there,

  Can you please tell us the address of the site you’re trying to access? The only site in this WordPress.com account is http://spotlightonfrshaycullen.wordpress.com/, and this account has never bought any upgrades from us.

  If you have another site it belongs to a different username account, and you’ll need to log into the correct account in order to access the site.

  Thank you for trying to help me. At last, I figured out what I was doing wrong. The website lilianmaythomsonzimmer.com had a different email attached to it. Once I figured that out it was plain sailing. Thanks again.
