This is urgent – cannot go back to the old theme

    I’ve been using this website for almost 4 months. I use the default, plain theme. I accidentally ‘customized’ this free canape theme when I tried to look at the details of the theme. Now I lost all the menu, categories and widgets I had on the old theme. I’m denied access to deactivating this theme or activating another theme. Is this because I have a free version? How to go back to the plain theme… I don’t even have ‘Appearance’ on my dashboard

    Hi there,

    I see that you switched from Libre 2 theme to the Canape theme. You want to revert back to the first theme, but it is not allowing you to? Are you able to reach Appearance > Themes under your dashboard here?
