  There’s an excalamation mark at the left upper corner of my site citing ‘this site cannot be accessed!

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  For the record, I can see your site without any trouble at https://thehandyjournal.com/, and am not seeing the message you describe. If it’s not loading for you, see if clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser or internet connection helps at all.
