  Our website isn’t working. When I try to access from google or from wordpress login. We are paid in full. What is going on?? Please HELP! Thankyou. I contacted WordPress through e-mail but it will be another 24-48 hours and I don’t want to pay for the live chat when this appears to be their issue.

  Hi there,

  I checked your domain setup and everything is set on this end. I would check with your site host and make sure that everything is set up correctly on that end. I also saw that the nameservers were the following:

  MOTHER.USF.EDU
  ZIGGY.USF.EDU

  Were these the nameservers that were given to you by your site host? They don’t seem to be accurate and most likely the reason your site is down. However, let me know. Thanks!
