  When I try to log in to my wordpress admin account or when I try to visit my webpage the page displayed says..

  This site can’t be reached
  The connection was reset.
  Try:

  Checking the connection
  Checking the proxy and the firewall
  Running Windows Network Diagnostics
  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

  Please help

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your @sloiacono1 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  I am using Bluehost as my webhost.
  My URL is postpartumblisscharlottedoula.com
  and my temp URL is box5252.temp.domains/~postpau8/

  I think this issue is a result of me attempting to change my temp URL.
  I apologize I am absolutely clueless and have no idea what I’ve done.

  Thanks for the links! Since your site is hosted with Bluehost, you’re actually using the WordPress.org software. We primarily provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  My suggestion is to reach out to Bluehost support for help. Because your site is hosted by them, they have access to the site’s files so they can help you with troubleshooting the issue.

  If they refer you to WordPress support, please post on the WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums – folks over here have more expertise with the WordPress.org software so you’ll get able with your WordPress.org site on that forum.
