Three questions: (1) Readers unable to post comments (2) IG account no longer linked (3) New blog alerts no longer being sent to subscribers

  Hello,

  Happy Monday and sorry for the long subject line, but I have three issues causing me difficulty with my WordPress site:

  1. Readers can no longer post comments.
  2. Readers are not getting notified that a new blog post was sent and I am not longer getting the confirmation email that it was sent to my subscribers.
  3. My Instagram account is no longer linked to my site.

  Hi there,

  If it’s OK I think it will get confusing if we try to troubleshoot all of those simultaneously. OK if we focus on them one at a time?

  I noticed that your site https://karenemcarter.wordpress.com/ has been inactive for a while. I see your most recent post is from 2019, for example: https://karenemcarter.wordpress.com/2019/05/05/40-hours-in-orihuela/

  As a test I was able to leave a comment on that post, but is it possible that this is not the site you are having this issue with? Do you have a site on another account or host that is having the issues you describe? If so what is the URL so we can look it up in our system?
