Where are the images hosted please?
Have you deleted the images from your Media Library thereby removing them from WordPress.COM servers?

The images are copied (so hosted) on wordpress. I haven’t deleted them and they still show as grey squares and the inserts in the blogs label them by file name. It’s also not all of them, just most of them. Also I can’t select any images to be a header which worked previously and the stats map doesn’t show any more either but that predates the image problem and doesn’t bother me particularly. Any thoughts?
