Thumbnails not posting on website – posting larger size

  Hi

  Needing help! Am very new to designing website and trying to add thumbnail size picture in my site but they are being posted as larger images, have gone into edit image and thumbnail is checked.

  What do you mean you have sent an email? I see no email support tickets in your account, and this account also does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you are making a site using the open source WordPress software with another hosting provider, please ask in https://wordpress.org/support/ for help instead.

  I received am email asking the above, i replied to a no reply email – sorry. I am confused, I have been using wordpress to develop my website, user info is sandigraeme, not sandih65. Shall try the other site
