Time on my events is displaying 7 hours later

  My site’s local timezone is set to Los Angeles. However, my calendar and upcoming events widget display all events seven hours later.
  
  For example, if I post an event at 6:00 pm (PST) on 9/16/24, it will display the time as 1:00 am 9/17/24.

  Is this a WordPress issue or a My Calendar issue?
