  Hi. My name is Rod from http://www.printperfect.co.za. I am on an ADSL line which is tediously slow. As a result, my pages keep timing out. Is there a way I can do this off-line, or is there another workaround? I am starting to get a little irritated. Just a touch, a tad, a smidgen. Thanks!

  There are several desktop applications which you can use to write and publish content for your WordPress.com blog, even without being connected to the internet.

  Our support page provides some options that might work well for you:
