time setting incorrect (to my time zone.)

  the correct time is not on my posts. is there a central time zone? just wondering.
  im new here and im sure i will have more questions, but i wonder about the time issue.

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Pick a city in your time zone

  Remember to save changes (bottom of page)
