  Hello, I would like to add the widget for Timely calendar on my WordPress page. Could you send me directions on how to do that? Thank you,

  Hi there, for security reasons, WordPress.com allows only certain types of widget code, which you can read more about here: Code. In particular, we don’t allow JavaScript or iframes.

  Could you please paste the Timely calendar widget code into a Pastebin and add a link here so I can take a look and see if it’s a type of code that we allow? http://pastebin.com/

  Thank you for the response. How do I find the widget code to put in pastebin? Once I purchased Timely, I downloaded a zip folder. Here’s the link to the directions, Timely provides to link the folder to WordPress.

  Ah – that is a plugin for self-hosted versions of WordPress, not WordPress.com. It’s not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
